PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME – ANIMAL DIVERSITY OF NON CHORDATA
- Knowledge of biodiversity, its importance,animal classification, biological nomenclature.
- Able to know the basic concept of biosystematics , procedure in taxonomy and systemic position of invertebrates.
- Identify the taxonomic status of the entire non-chordates from Phylum Protista upto Phylum Echinodermata and discuss the evolutionary model of the group.
- Knowledge of understanding various endoparasites, its pathogenecity, preventive measures and prophylaxis.
- Able to describe the general biology of few selected non-chordates useful to mankind.
- Knowledge related to the functional aspects of different systems of phylum Arthropoda, Mollusca and Echinodermata.
- Able to describe the social life and economic importance of insects.
- Knowledge about the resemblance and evolutionary significance of larval forms of invertebrates.
- knowledge in comparative anatomy and development systems of invertebrates.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME –ANIMAL DIVERSITY OF CHORDATA
- Knowledge about the taxonomic status of the entire chordates and discuss the evolutionary model of the group.
- Able to understand the comparative anatomy, physiology and development systems of chordates, ability to discuss some and very important phenomena in Chordates
- Able to understand the physiology of vertebrates.
- Knowledge about internal skeleton and different bone structure.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME - DEVELOPMENTAL BIOLOGY AND ANIMAL PHYSIOLOGY
- Able to understand the process of development in animals.
- Understand the process of organogenesis of selected organs, development of extra embryonic membrane and the nature and physiology of placenta.
- Able to know the inducer and its role in embryogenesis and knowledge about metamorphosis and the process of regeneration.
- Ability to understand the different stages of frog embryo, chick embryo development and placentation of animals.
- Able to understand the process of fertilization, parthenogenesis and development in human.
- Ability to understand about the composition of food and mechanism of digestion absorption and assimilation.
- Attained knowledge of respiration and excretion and understood the mechanism of transport of gages and urine formation.
- Able to describe the mechanism of circulation and composition of blood.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME - CELL BIOLOGY AND GENETICS
- Gain knowledge to understand the mechanism of mitosis and meiosis.
- Ability to prepare and observe the Giant chromosome, epithelial and blood cells.
- Ability to understand the basic concept of Mendel’s law and interaction of genes.
- Understand the theories of classical genetics and blood group inheritance in man
- Ability to describe the genetic variation through linkage and crossing over, chromosomal aberrations and sex determination.
- Able to understand the molecular structure of genetic materials and the mechanism of gene expression and regulation.
- Understand the genetic defects due to mutation and inborn errors of metabolism and genetic counseling, eugenics, euthenics and euphenics.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOME – DSE 1-ENDOCRINOLOGY AND REPRODUCTION- ( ELECTIVE )
- Knowledge of human endocrine system, role of hormones.
- Able to know the morphology and hormones of endocrine system and neurohormones.
- Able to know the types of hormone receptors, CAMP pathway and genomic action of hormones.
- Understanding of different human endocrine disorders.
- Comprehensive study on reproductive physiology, hormonal control of reproduction.
- Awareness on modern trends in human reproduction, assisted reproductive technology and fertility control
- Mastery in histological organization of different organs.

- Knowledge of molecular biology, regulation of gene expression, lac operon model, concepts of genetic engineering and biotechnology.
- Able to know the history, branches and scope of biotechnology and gene transfer technique.

Program out come : Total number of 68 students were enrolled to I BSc , ( CBCS) during the year 2018 -19, at the end of course their number is reduced to 60, as some students got married and discontinued their studies. Semester by semester there is an improvement in the results, but in the last sem number of distinction is reduced because exam was postponed and conducted 3 months later due to corona pandemic outbreak.

When compare to entry level there is drastic improvement in the number of distinctions. This batch students were very enthusiastic and focused . all the 35 students have joined Higher education.

When compare to entry level there is a drastic improvement in the result and number of distinction. This batch students were very enthusiastic and focused . All the 32 students have joined Higher education. One student was absent due to health issues.
